I am a trial litigator dedicated to providing aggressive representation to people who have been seriously injured due to the negligence or professional malpractice of others; with 40 years of experience handling all types of personal injury cases from inception through trial, and even through the appellate process. Admitted to the practice of law in New York in 1980, to the Federal Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York since 1981, and to the Supreme Court of the United States, I have represented people injured not only in New York, but also New Yorkers injured in another State.
I started practicing in a law firm hired by insurance companies to defend against personal injury claims, making partner before resigning to open my own firm to help seriously injured accident victims. My experience and knowledge with the policies and practices of insurance companies has since been used to the advantage of my clients so as to achieve the maximum compensation that they may be entitled to. It is the reason why I have successfully recovered millions of dollars for my clients.
CONSULTATIONS ARE FREE. THERE IS NO FEE PAID IF THE CLIENT DOES NOT OBTAIN ANY COMPENSATION BY SETTLEMENT OR VERDICT.
Everyone is unique in their life and lifestyle, distinguishing them from everyone else. No one should be treated as if they were just another file. Each client deserves, and gets, the respect and attention needed to further their personal concerns and goals. Clients always speak directly with me when dealing with important issues about their case; not pushed off to a paralegal or other staff person.
My aggressive approach is why other attorneys consult with me, refer their own injured clients to me, and why I even have represented other attorneys who were injured due to the fault of others. There may be many lawyers to choose from, but select my firm if you want an experienced attorney that will be committed to you.
